Sikh Aid is an international NGO working for the welfare of humanity. The founding principle of the organization recognizes humanity as paramount and believes that ‘Humanity is the only reason. Sikh aid provides a helping hand to all those in need without delay.
Our team acts instantly for emergency relief works worldwide, in times of crisis, natural calamities, and disasters, distributing food, medicine, medical help, sanitation supplies, water and other essentials. Our volunteers reach out to the needy to help minimize their suffering.
Our team also provide support to the handicapped and ill for medical treatments, medical and sanitation supplies, Food distribution in hospitals and public places, free ambulance services, various health checkup and treatment camps, blood donation camps, essential supplies to elders, fund and build shelters for orphans and elders
Apart from this our organization also provide financial help for marrying poor girls, arrange for various computer and other educational courses for girls and if needed- any kind of help in the face of adversities to humanity.
We are often challenged by various obstacles but our strong-willed volunteers work over the clock and make sure everyone gets that ONE HELPING HAND they need
We have been working successfully in various countries with underlying principles to improve healthcare, women empowerment, social welfare, and provide decent living amenities to the needy. For sure it is a tough idea to achieve but with the intent of SEVA in our hearts, we aim to fill the gaps, spaces in a social and political structure where some people don’t get what they need to live healthy and productive lives. We fight the inequities of the world and aspire to create decent living conditions for all sections of society by working in the fields of education, environment, health and sanitation, conflict management, disaster preparedness, etc.
The COVID-19 Pandemic has made us realize, more than ever, the value of care, empathy, compassion and selfless desire of humans to help others in their difficult time. During the pandemic, NGOs around the world has done commendable jobs doing the relief work, distributing life essentials, donating hospital supplies, medicines, emergency evacuations, shelters, quarantine centers and what not! We appreciate every person who works for the betterment of society and aspire to continue doing our work to touch and save the lives of millions.
Working in various countries for many years, Sikh aid is now beginning its operations in Punjab from 1 August. We aim at investing in individuals and communities to end hunger and poverty. We provide opportunities to people to work closely with our organization and leave a positive and lasting impact on the lives of people. When people voluntarily work for good causes to lift communities out of poverty, end the sufferings of people hit by natural or man-made disasters, help each other in times of need, then only we can realize the true meaning of Humanity. Only then can we achieve a better world and brighter future for all.
We can’t achieve the goal of "welfare of all" on our own. We urge every humanitarian soul to join voluntarily for the noble cause to accelerate progress, we all must stand hand in hand and create a less unequal society.
